Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and D.C., age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor are not eligible to enter.

Complete the entry form with your name and email address (“Entries”). 1 Entry per person. Entries must be received no later than 12/23/21 at 6:00 p.m. EST.

One winner will be selected by Sponsor in a random drawing held after close of each of the twelve days (12/12 through 12/23) from all eligible cumulative entries received. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received. If a winner is drawn that has already won on a previous day, a new random drawing will be held until a first-time winner is selected.

All potential winners will be notified no later than 12/28/21 via email address provided at time of entry. If a potential prize winner does not respond to the winner notification, or if an entrant is otherwise found to be ineligible, or if the potential winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner's name and city and state where winner is located for promotional purposes without further compensation.

The prize to be awarded varies on each day (approximate retail value ((“ARV”) $100.00 USD). Winners are responsible for any taxes on prize. No substitution or cash equivalent permitted, except by Sponsor. Prize is non-transferrable.

Entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Entrants release, defend and hold harmless Sponsor (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability whatsoever against Released Parties arising out of Entrant’s participation or use of a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or the announcement of any prize or in the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing the Sweepstakes by any event beyond its control. Entries that have been tampered with, altered or generated by an automated device are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible entries or delay, error or interruption in transmission of entries. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or terminate the Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted and/or select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. Sponsor does not make, nor is in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize. Void where prohibited by law. Any and all claims in connection with the Sweepstakes must be brought in a court within the State of Texas and the all disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
