Win a trip to the Alltech National Horse Show

Rood & Riddle Veterinary Pharmacy will host a contest via Twitter inviting people to explain in one tweet why they want to attend the Kentucky Experience and the Alltech National Horse Show. The writer of the best tweet will receive free round-trip airfare for two from anywhere in the continental United States to Lexington, KY as well as one room at the Embassy Suites Lexington for three nights (October 31st through November 2nd). The winner of the contest will also be provided with seating at the Taylor Harris Club, the exclusive VIP area of the Alltech National Horse Show, for the daytime events at the Alltech Arena on Saturday, Nov. 2nd.

All contest submissions (which may include pictures, Vine videos, etc.) must be tweeted by September 30, 2013 using the hashtag #experienceky to be entered in the contest. The submissions will then be reviewed and judged by a panel including celebrity guest and international show jumping star Reed Kessler. The winner will be announced via Twitter on October 7th.

About the Kentucky Experience
A partnership of the Grayson Jockey Club Research Foundation, Phelps Media Group, Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital and the United States Hunter Jumper Association announced plans in July to offer an exciting new way to experience the Alltech National Horse Show and Kentucky. This experience will include free tours of famous Bluegrass area horse farms, a free tour of the world renowned Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital, free admission to all sessions of the Alltech National Horse Show, a free reception at the USHJA Museum, including an opportunity to meet some of the star riders of the hunter jumper world and an opportunity to meet Harry De Leyer, owner, rider and trainer of Hall of Fame Showjumper Snowman (the star of the New York Times bestseller, The Eighty Dollar Champion).
