Great article and so so true! I love hearing my husband recount the horse show he attended: "Mary killed it in the green saddles under hunters, baby." Or "man, that fat brown horse really won a bunch of rounds in the green salads division." Thank god for supportive and tolerant non horse people.
Love it! After all, I'm pretty sure love means never having to say "Sorry there's horsehair all over the washer/I'm two hours late for dinner/Of course Dobbin needs $100 worth of Smartpaks every month!" Or if it doesn't, it should.
It's funny because its ALL SO TRUE! My husband once told me that they should just sell car fresheners in "barn" scent because that's what I clearly aim for my car to smell like.
Those were great...once, I had to "quickly" run into the barn before we went to Church, during Mass, my husband was picking pieces of hay off my clothes and hay.
Well, not all my loved ones will pick Cs for sure. It's hard to understand our crazy breed of horse crazy!
