great advice! i used to have problems with my lower leg. an exercise that helped me was just standing strait up in the stirrups for the walk trot and canter i dont have problems anymore!:)
I have the same problem with my leg too. Try to push more weight into your heels that helped me so much.
I broke my ankle over the summer and am trying to get ready for the upcoming show season, I lost a TON OF LEG MUSCLE and this has really helped me get back into shape. Thank you so much, everyone!!
