Shelly Watts is the founder and CEO of Muirneen Equestrian. Muirneen riding apparel is made in the USA by sewists making a fair and living wage. The social mission of Muirneen is to make ethical apparel, promote size inclusivity, and showcase diversity in the equestrian sport.

Shelly serves as a leader of Detroit Horse Power, advisory board member of the Wild Beauty Foundation, and moderator of the English Plus Sized Rider group on Facebook. Dale Rudin, CHA-certified Riding Instructor

Dale Rudin is a Certified Horsemanship Association certified English and western riding instructor, Certified Equine Nutritionist, and welfare-centered horse trainer. Her passion is to help humans and horses experience joyful lives together. Dale is a founding member of Force Free Tennessee, an advocacy group for humane treatment of animals and a member of the Pet Professionals Guild. She is an evidence-based equine rehabilitation specialist. She teaches and trains using compassionate communication techniques such as positive reinforcement and clicker training.

Dale is the president of Pure Joy Horse Haven Equine Sanctuary and Education Center, a not-for-profit organization that restores horses with severe behavioral issues, emotional trauma, and physical challenges, and provides them with a safe and loving life-long home. Dale has been published in Horse Illustrated, HorseChannel.com, and WoofOnNashville. Dale offers horse training, riding instruction, and clinics at her farm in Santa Fe, Tennessee, and surrounding areas.
