Equine Affaire begins today in West Springfield, Mass.

Equine Affaire, the premier equine exposition and equestrian gathering in North America, will return to the Eastern States Exposition in W. Springfield, MA, on November 7th through the 10th.



Forming the cornerstone of this 48th Equine Affaire will be a program of clinics, seminars, and demonstrations with something to offer for horse enthusiasts of all ages and disciplines. The nationally and internationally recognized trainers, competitors, coaches, and TV personalities who will be presenting at the 2013 Equine Affaire will include:

More than 450 of the nation’s finest equine-related retailers and manufacturers will fill five exhibit buildings at the Eastern States Exposition, creating the largest and most comprehensive equine-related trade show in the East. Other highlights of the 2013 Equine Affaire will include an extensive Breed Pavilion and Horse & Farm Exhibits area; a fun and informative Youth Pavilion; Equine Affaire’s signature evening performance—the Fantasia—on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights; and Equine Affaire’s ultimate test of horsemanship, the Versatile Horse & Rider Competition, on Thursday and Friday in the coliseum.

Equine Affaire will take place through Sunday, Nov. 10 General admission for adults is $15/day or $50/four-day pass; children 7–10 will be $8/day; children six and under will be admitted free. General admission includes entry to the trade show and theme pavilions, the Versatile Horse & Rider Competition, and all clinics, seminars, and demonstrations. Adult admission also includes a free event program. The Eastern States Exposition will charge for parking.
