On your deathbed, what would your number one wish be? For Frank Keat, an 80-year-old who was afflicted with cancer, that wish was to once again see his favorite horse, Early Morn. According to TODAY, Keat was unable to be transported to the stable where Early Morn was at, due to his health. Instead, staff at Cornwall, England’s Bodmin Hospital brought Early Morn to Keat.

Take a look:

Keat died three days later, TODAY reports. At Keat’s funeral on Monday, the most prominent guest was Early Morn. He was seen with his head down, as though he knew what was happening – a sign of affection for the man who loved him so.
