Responding to demand for a personal copy of Robert Dover’s successful reality series, “Search for the Next American Equestrian Star: Dressage,” the show’s producers have made the entire series available for digital download from the show’s website: www.americanequestrianstar.tv. The full five-episode series, which began airing Oct. 19 on Fox Reality Channel, is available for an “early purchase price” of $34.95 and includes over 35 minutes of never-before-seen footage. Viewers also have the option of an online viewing-only version of just the five episodes for $19.95.
In the series, six final contestants underwent a series of challenges and competitions that resulted in eliminations. The result is “The Apprentice meets American Idol.” The grand prize winner got the opportunity to become Robert Dover’s second assistant and a chance to train for an Olympics. Other prizes included an RV supplied by Broward RV, tack from County Saddlery and much more.
The entire series was shot at Dover’s Romance Farm in Wellington, Fla., by Brave St. Productions. It is a mix of entertainment, reality, and competition that offers a “fly on the wall” view of the quest of the Olympic dream.
Oh my, I am so jealous. What a great opportunity.
