Jumper Classic Course Walk

Tickets are now available online for the Fidelity Investments Jumper Classic Presented by Animal Planet. The annual event runs Sept. 5-9 and is quite the social gathering for show jumping fans in the area. Held on an expansive grass derby field in South Hamilton, Mass., it plays host to 500 horses and 10,000 spectators. Vendor booths offer everything from riding apparel to antiques and unusual home décor. But wait, there’s more! By purchasing a ticket online before Aug. 15, 2007, the buyer is automatically entered to win an opportunity to accompany one of the grand prix riders on the course walk. It’s a unique chance to realize firsthand what riders and horses face on a challenging show jumping course. Three winners will be selected—one for each ticket category: VIP, grandstand or general admission ticket holder. The winners and a guest will participate in the action on Sunday, prior to the start of the $75,000 Jumper Classic. To purchase tickets online and automatically be entered in the drawing for the course walk or for more detailed info on the entire festival, visit www.jumperclassic.com.
