Hahahaaa... *giggle* Well, at least right now the only non-horsey guy I have to deal with is my brother. Er, two of them. And my Dad.... Mostly my brothers though. I'll keep the advice in mind though for the future ;D
I too, have a non-horsey hubby and after 5 years has come to appreciate all the time I spend with them. Cuz it means less "honey-do" things for him :-)
** wink, wink** nudge, nudge!! And high fives!! I laughed so hard at this one!! I married my man BEFORE I bought the first horse, and he was clueless!! LOL! Thank god he loves me, though sometimes he does grumble... We've been married almost 14 years, and I am SO glad I'm not the only one guilty of these things!!
Ha! This is so right. Another good thing about horses is they are perfectly happy when you feed them the same thing day after day. A carrot is a big deal to a horse. A man always wants something special for dinner.
I just can't believe that my darling little girl would stoop so low as this - but then consider her mentor!!!
Put your big boy boots and hat on and get out there and help her. You knew this before you meet her and do you really think you can change a women in loves with horses. LOL
Heck yes! Men know we love horses when they are dating us. Why do they think we'll suddenly change just for them? Stupid, stupid men!
Great post. Thankfully I found a wonderful man who understands my love of horses and even helps me. I guess I am just very lucky.
