Who knew that urban trail riding could be so adventurous?? Give a pat to Wally and Joey for me for being such good and brave boys!
I am from South Africa and must admit we have some pretty interesting critters on our "outrides" or trial rides - we have meerkats (like Timone in Lion King), guinea fowls (in big troups runnign out of tall grass), rabbits and ostriches being the scaries thing known to horses (save for quad bikes that is)! Thank you for a fantastic column I don't miss it for the world! We don't see a lot of Pinto's and Paints here in South Africa (I think thoroughbreds, warm bloods are more popular we also have some true South African breeds called the "Boerperd"), I think Wally is beautiful, and its the first time I've seen a mini Pinto - really cute!
Wonderful disciption--Sounds like a neat place to live. With all the development in recent years the horses and other animals are being pushed out.Glad there's a place like Norco for them to go
I would love to live in a town that loved horses and other animals so much. I might look into moving there.. LOL
