Wonderful article. It definitely gave me a laugh or two.My requirement is a guy must already be interested in horses/animals or have a strong desire to hang around them as much as I do.
Very funny blog! Every non horse guy I've dated has asked me the same thing about what I can possibly be doing at the barn that takes several hours. That's when I know it's not a match.
My friend had a boyfriend for years. One day at a show he started talking like he was some kind of horse expert but saying a bunch of stuff that didnt'make any sense at all. So when they got home she turned to him and told him she didn't love him any more! That's what made me laugh here.
GLAD I WAS ABLE TO BE ENTERTAINING WHILE WRITING ABOUT THE MENFOLK IN OUR LIVES. IT'S HARD TO FIND A GUY WHO'S WILLING TO BE SECOND IN LINE BEHIND A HORSE!
This article is sooo true....the key for me was to hook the hubby and then move the horses home from the boarding stable....I'm shocked he is still here 8 years later....although he says I tricked him.....LOL........
