Horse: Annabelle, a 3-year-old 14-hand chestnut Mustang mare in Louisville, Ky.
Organization: Kentucky Humane Society
Annabelle is a 3-year-old Mustang mare who was recently transferred in to the Kentucky Humane Society. She participated in the yearling/youth Bureau of Land Management (BLM) training program and is very friendly and personable. She appears to be very sound and is compact at around 14 hands. She would thrive with a trainer that can appreciate her curious nature while also giving her purpose and direction. Annabelle has had a great deal of desensitizing work and is a very calm, in-your-pocket gal. She has been introduced to the saddle pad and bareback pad so far with no excitement whatsoever. This gal is likely going to be extremely easy to start under saddle but might need extra motivation to get her feet moving. If you want a very laid back, easygoing and compact Mustang friend, Annabelle will be the one for you! Could she be your #righthorse?
