All you’ll need is a mixing bowl, a cookie sheet, an oven and the ingredients below:
1 cup bran
1 cup molasses
1 cup chopped apple
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
1. Chop the apples.
2. Mix the apples, molasses and flour together.
3. Add the cup of bran.
4. Give the mixture a good stir.
5. Use a teaspoon to make little balls and place them on a greased cookie sheet.
6. Bake in the oven for approximately 12 minutes. Keep an eye on them to make sure they don’t burn.
I tried making these cookies with my 9 y.o. daughter – very easy & impossible to ruin! Ingredients were easy to find, mixed well & baked just as directed. They never burned or fell apart! Definite keeper!
