At AMERICANA, September 4 – 7, Europeans get to experience the sport and culture of the American West in the German town of Augsburg. Considered by many to be Europe’s major western event, AMERICANA features top western riders from all over the world competing in various disciplines.
Four-hundred participants, including top riders from all over Europe, Canada and the United States competing in reining, working cow horse events, cutting, and western pleasure, to name a few, will be on hand at the event. The AMERICANA World Open Championship is the “Champions League” for western riders in Europe and will be held during the event. Evening shows, elite final events and a spectacular trade show are also part of the fun, along with daily country live music in the famous Red Grizzly Saloon!
