Two icons in the horse industry are celebrating birthdays and The Equestrian Aid Foundation (EAF) is honoring them with a roast. The First Annual Celebrity Roast honoring the birthdays of George Morris, legendary hunter/jumper guru, and Jessica Ransehousen, a driving force in American dressage, who are both turning 70, takes place on the evening of Feb. 26 at the Palm Beach International Polo Club in Wellington, Fla.
“George and Jessica are beloved icons that have shaped thousands of
riders in our industry,” says EAF founder and dressage superstar Robert Dover. “We wanted to honor them for all of their contributions, but we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to have a little fun with them too. Anyone who’s been on the receiving end of their expertise won’t want to miss the roast. And best of all, this great event will benefit the Equestrian Aid Foundation, an organization that strives to help all who need assistance in our industry.”
