Pantomime Horse RaceSometimes it’s the silliest things in life that are most entertaining. Case in point, London’s Pantomime Horse Race, a tradition dating back to 2010 in which 10 pairs of runners in two-person horse costumes take to the streets of Greenwich.

Because a panto-horse race in the streets of London apparently isn’t silly enough, the organizers gave it a Star Wars theme this year for added absurdity. With apologies to Saturday Night Live’s Stefon…

“This race has everything. Storm troopers, two-man horse costumes, ridiculously oversized Princess Leia hair…”

There are lots of great photos from the event at its official website, pantohorserace.com.
